Toogood Road Medical Centre is committed to ensuring continuity of care and keeping our community safe during this world-wide COVID-19 pandemic. This is a changing and very stressful time for everyone. We are here to help, even if it means some changes to the way we deliver our excellent, holistic, family oriented care. If you have any particular concerns please call us to discuss them.
As a general principle we will be providing care during this crisis by phone consultations (“Telehealth”), and where appropriate video consultation. Some things will need to be done in person (face to face), and we will endeavour to keep you safe if this is needed. Strict protocols are in place to reduce your chance of transmitting or contracting infection while at Toogood Road Medical Centre.
If you have concerns about COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV19 virus please go to the Department of Health Webpage. https://www.health.gov.au/
